Key Responsibilities

The Associate Sales Manager will oversee the following functions:

1. Strategy & Team Leadership

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to improve productivity.

• Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management.

2. Market Expansion & Client Relations

• Identify new market opportunities and potential high-value clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

3. Deal Closing & Collaboration

• Support negotiations and oversee the smooth closing of sales deals.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 0–4 years of relevant sales experience (Real Estate experience is a significant plus).

• Core Skills: Strong leadership, excellent negotiation, and CRM proficiency.

• Traits: Proactive, result-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
