Senior Project Manager – Civil engineer job (Road Works & Highways) — Islamabad

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Civil) to lead the end-to-end execution of road and highway construction projects in Islamabad. The role involves full ownership of project delivery across time, cost, quality, HSE, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution from mobilization to handover

• Site leadership, resource planning, and productivity management

• Progress monitoring, reporting, BOQs, and measurements

• Contractor, client, and authority coordination

• QA/QC compliance as per project and NHA standards

• Cost control, procurement planning, and commercial support

• HSE, risk control, and traffic management on active corridors

Requirements:

• BE/BSc Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 12–18+ years of experience in road and highway projects

• Proven leadership role as Project / Senior / Highway Manager

• Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, asphalt, and rehabilitation works
