Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing — Short-Form & Long-Form

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube channels and full-length podcast episodes.

• Repurpose longer videos into engaging bite-sized clips for multiple social media platforms.

• Create audiograms and social media graphics as part of the content workflow.

2. AI Captioning & Content Scheduling

• Use the company's internal AI captioning system to create accurate and engaging short-form captions.

• Schedule social media posts through the agency's proprietary platform for assigned clients.

• Manage complete content workflows from raw footage to final published post.

3. Client Content Management

• Follow creative direction carefully and deliver consistent, high-quality output for assigned clients.

• Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve editing skills and learn new tools.
