Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following sales operations:

1. Bidding & Lead Generation

• Manage and qualify leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.

• Write professional proposals, handle follow-ups, and lead the closing of deals.

2. Client Communication

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal development teams to understand technical requirements.

• Propose tailored web solutions using platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce.

3. Sales Management

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and build long-term relationships with international clients.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience in Business Development for e-commerce services is highly preferred.

• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce ecosystems.

• Expertise: Proven track record in Upwork bidding and proposal writing.

• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for a global audience.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
