Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing the complete ERP implementation lifecycle:

1. Implementation & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end functional implementation of Odoo and ERPNext.

• Configure modules including Accounting, Supply Chain, CRM, Sales, and Inventory.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.

2. Client Engagement & Analysis

• Conduct requirement gathering and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Manage client workshops and walkthrough sessions to translate needs into solutions.

3. Mentorship & Documentation

• Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality SOPs and project documentation.

• Coordinate with development teams for customized ERP features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of business processes and accounting principles.

• ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Odoo and/or ERPNext is mandatory.

• Soft Skills: Excellent client-handling, documentation, and communication skills.
