Damen Support Programme (DSP), a reputed NGO based in Lahore, is seeking an experienced consultant to design and deliver a comprehensive Gender Sensitization Training program for its team members. Purpose of This Role

DSP aims to promote awareness, respect, equality, and a safe, inclusive workplace culture across the organization. The selected consultant will play a key role in shaping DSP's internal capacity to recognize and prevent gender-based discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

Scope of Work

1. Training Design & Development

• Design context-appropriate and culturally sensitive gender sensitization training modules tailored to DSP's team.

• Develop comprehensive training materials, reference tools, and resource guides for participants.

• Ensure training content aligns with DSP's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding.

2. Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct interactive and participatory training sessions for DSP staff in Lahore.

• Facilitate open discussions in a respectful, engaging, and culturally appropriate manner.

• Build staff capacity to recognize and actively prevent gender-based discrimination at the workplace.

3. Reporting & Recommendations

• Provide a detailed post-training report with key observations, participant feedback, and actionable recommendations.

• Share all training materials and tools with DSP for future reference and organizational use.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Human Rights, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in gender sensitization, diversity training, or similar programs.

• Skills: Proven facilitation, strong communication, and ability to handle sensitive discussions professionally.

• Advantage: Prior experience working with NGOs, development programs, or corporate organizations in Pakistan.

Reporting Structure

The selected consultant will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DSP. The General Manager Human Resources (GM HR) will provide operational support and coordination throughout the assignment.
